Cynthia Horn is a Bay Area fine artist and educator specializing in figurative painting and ceramics. She attended the University of California, Berkeley where she earned a BA in Art Practice followed by an MFA in Studio Art from University of California, Davis. She spent a year studying in Florence, Italy focusing on painting and art history. While in Umbria she apprenticed under the late, great, Betty Lynch and indulged in daily gelato sessions.
She has taught at UC Davis, Gavilan College, College of the Sequoias, Solano College, and California State University Monterey Bay.
